01.Do I need a professional design file to place an order?
Not at all. You can send us photos, sketches, screenshots, mood boards, or even simple ideas — our team will help turn them into a production-ready rug design.
02.Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes. We offer paid samples, and the sample fee can be credited toward your bulk order. We also provide a pre-production sample for final approval before mass production begins.
03.How long does production take?
After design approval, production usually takes 3–5 business days. Since all rugs are made in the USA, delivery is faster with no overseas shipping delays.
04.Do you offer bulk discounts or flexible pricing?
Yes. We provide tiered pricing for larger orders and flexible solutions for small businesses and startup projects. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with every client.
05.Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No. We do not require a minimum order quantity — even one piece can be customized and ordered.
06.Will the actual rug color match my screen exactly?
Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting variations. This is normal for custom-printed products.
07.Is there any size tolerance for custom rugs?
Yes. Because each rug is custom cut by hand, a size tolerance of approximately 1–2 inches is considered standard.
08.Can custom-made rugs be returned?
Because all rugs are made to your approved specifications, custom orders are non-returnable. We confirm all details — including size, color, material, and design — before production begins.
