02. Do you offer samples before bulk production?
Yes. We offer paid samples, and the sample fee can be credited toward your bulk order. We also provide a pre-production sample for final approval before mass production begins.
03. How long does production take?
After design approval, production usually takes 3–5 business days. Since all rugs are made in the USA, delivery is faster with no overseas shipping delays.
04. Do you offer bulk discounts or flexible pricing?

05. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
