The LaMesa floor mat factory boasts a professional R&D team and advanced laboratory equipment, specializing in the innovation and upgrading of various common floor mat materials. We conduct in-depth research on optimizing the performance of materials such as PVC, TPE, nylon, and polyester. Modern mechanical jacquard
- Electronic jacquard machine: Through digital control, complex patterns can be produced quickly, and the efficiency is dozens of times that of manual work.
- 3D jacquard technology: Combining high and low pile technology, the pattern presents a three-dimensional relief effect (such as customized carpets for high-end hotels).
Innovative mixing process
Digital printing + jacquard: first jacquard weave the base, then digital printing to enhance the color level (common in modern abstract style carpets).
PVC leather direct injection
High-definition direct-injection printing: Environmentally friendly UV ink is used to print directly on the surface of PVC leather. The pattern is clear and does not fade, and photo-level customization is supported.
